I would appreciate if someone could help explain what is the critical engine on a jet in relation to direction of crosswind and whether it is better to lose the upwind or downwind engine?

Should have no problems as previous posters have mentioned, i passed and currently take preventative inhalers daily. I think the key is that you have not been hospitalised within a certain period...
