FlyinTrim....the FPA isnt calculated off the DME. This approach would be flown in LOC/FPA. You would descend down to 2000' for the FAF and then at the FAF it would be FPA -3.0 (plus temp correction)...

LOC/FPA with cold wx correction (Based on a step down to FAF, and FPA after passing). Wind was getting close to xwind limits for a 320 depending on the runway condition.
