"Radar Terrain" in NZ

Can someone provide the reference in NZ AIP where is states that when ATC clear you to descend, with the phrase "Radar Terrain", that it cancels the height constraints on a STAR.

Threw out the pay scale least week. It worked out to be just less than $AUD90 000 for an F/O. That is base salary.
