6 years for instructors...Dutch is a requirement. Out of the last 100 or so guys hired, 7 have gone to the F50, the rest 744/777/M11 as S/O.
F70 IS NOT an entry level position any more, in KLM it is...

I know 2 guys going that have just completed an integrated course, both 250 hours but with degrees in mechanical engineering. The are both going to the London selection late April.

Well, BA have 25 or so from KLM Flight Academy in the selection process right now, are they still taking guys/gals from FTE in Jerez?
