Anybody got suggestions about getting the PPL?

Toronto Airways, Buttonville Airport, Toronto, Canada
Price: ~CAD$10000 (30hrs Dual, 33hrs Solo)...

I got my rejection letter after the 2nd...

I got my rejection letter after the 2nd interview. However, it doesn't mention anything about re-application, holding of application, etc.
