Actually, the 2 houses are on the same street - both about 15 minutes from the airport. I'd personally go for Ocean - very friendly atmosphere!

Mikey D, I'd be careful about doing any more than your PPL on an M1 if you then want to go home and apply for a J1. It's definitely the most sensible way to do it as you'll save yourself 3/4 months...
