Cathay Cadet Stage 3 - Mgt Interview

Does anyone know the pass rate for the management interview (done before being sent to Adelaide for flight grading)?

Or do most candidates get through if they reach this stage?

i failed last year.. reapplied this time round and managed to get pretty far. still waiting for results though.

make sure you are completely honest. read up tons about cathay and info...
