Self Evaluation
An interesting viewpoint which should interest young and old.
Some home truths for the training regulators - a view from the front line, and valuable lessons for all of us. ‘A little book on self evaluation’ https://media-exp1.licdn.com/dms/doc...U_4Hy-Qw7e_rMU |
A nice summary of the current trends in training and human factors. Thanks
|
‘A nice summary of current trends’; yes, but ‘so’ Safety-I oriented.
The book is a view of the industry from the front line; safety regulation is static, management linear, mechanistic, and a controlling organisation. Time to change views; Safety-II. Resilience - see preceding thread. https://www.pprune.org/safety-crm-qa...esilience.html |
Until the safety regulators catch up, we'll be forever locked into Safety I dogma. Frustrating.
Changing anything WRT safety is very difficult - esp to a regulator. There's been some big movements in the training environment re competency. |
