Self Evaluation

An interesting viewpoint which should interest young and old.

Some home truths for the training regulators - a view from the front line, and valuable lessons for all of us.

A nice summary of current trends’; yes, but ‘so’ Safety-I oriented.

The book is a view of the industry from the front line; safety regulation is static, management linear, mechanistic, and a controlling organisation.

Time to change views; Safety-II. Resilience - see preceding thread. EASA Resilience

Until the safety regulators catch up, we'll be forever locked into Safety I dogma. Frustrating.
Changing anything WRT safety is very difficult - esp to a regulator.

There's been some big movements in the training environment re competency.

The original download was via LinkedIn, which still appears to be active.

However, try this copy via Dropbox
