exchange visits for CRM instructors
I posted here some months ago and as a result have had the opportunity to visit several CRM courses as well as hosting numerous visitors at my own airline CRM recurrent days.
I have found these exchange visits to be very helpful and most informative and now that I have 'swapped' with all the previous batch of readers would like to hear from other airline CRM staff who may be interested in mutual swaps.
I run CRM at DUO Airways (who?) which was called Maersk Air Ltd until last week; scheduled short-haul out of Birmingham, England for overseas readers.
Prospective swappers are invited to email me.
