Flight Time Limitation EASA

Hello!
I have some difficulties with locking for the valid European FTL. The last one which I found is "EASA 2016: Flight and Duty Time Limitations and Rest Requirements 25 Mar 2014", can somebody tell me if this edition is already legal and in force?

EASA FTL is due in force no later than 18/02/16
It was passed 2014 so suspect this is correct
