Changes to CAP413 RT Procedure

As has been pointed out already on other threads, there are some (perhaps slightly surprising) changes to RT procedure in the latest CAP413.

Not many pilots seem to be aware of these.
  1. "Roger" means "Your message received". It no longer implies "... and understood"
  2. "XXX 123 monitor tower on nnn.nn" is no longer used. Instead you will be getting "XXX123 standby for tower on nnn.nn"
Not aware of these? Perhaps you should go here and print youself off a copy.

Any idea when these changes come into effect? Luton ATC are still regularly telling me to "...monitor Ground 121.75"....
