I find it a bit odd that Mr Hradecky comments on aviation safety. His experience is majorly that of an aviation enthusiast. As far as I can ascertain, prior to Av Herald, he ran a a one man software company called Nomisoft that modified and repacked an airline simulator game back at the turn of the century.

Not aware of any publication by him either (except avherald, of course), but didn't find his conjectures off the mark. Nothing groundbreaking but IMHO quite well aligned with contemporary concepts in safety research.
