Maintenance

Hi all

I had a discussion with a CAA surveyer a few years ago about the difference between "Required Maintenance and Ordered Maintenance", EASA do mention both, but I cannot find or remember what the difference is.

Does anyone know what the difference is legally and responsibilities?

Thanks

The maintenance that is mandated will be in your approved maintenance program other maintenance such as clean screens etc. will be an as required basis and are obvious, this would also come into account when snags are presented and are classed as unplanned maintenance.
