An introduction and a Question

Hello- This looks to be a very nice forum you have here. My name is Dave and I am not currently a pilot. I was in the Navy for 10 years of which 6 years as a mechanic on the F/A-18C. I have previously worked as an engineer at Bell Helicopter and I currently work for a major defense contractor in a propulsion engineering group.

Now for my question (which does not appear to violate forum guidelines):

I am looking at investing in 40-60 acres of land for forestry farming. It isn't extremely lucrative, but I have wanted to buy land for a long time so I am going to do so. I would likely buy somewhere in MS, AL, or NW FL.
ANYWAY.
The last 4 years I spent in the Navy I was a survival instructor who used to spend my days teaching Naval aviators land survival and water survival. I am curious if there would be any interest in affordable land survival training for private pilots.

This isn't something I'm looking to leave my career for, but there are relatively few of us who really have very extensive training and hundreds or thousands of hours of instructing these specific things.

Would a private pilot hold any value in a short (2 day) land survival training course?

Any feedback would be appreciated. I'm not selling anything, and I'm not offering anything here, just asking a question as it seems reasonable, pilots dedicate a large amount of time studying safety maybe one time in their flying tenure few days in the appropriate environment training for a survival scenario could be beneficial?

Any thoughts?
I really hope this does not violate the forum rules. I'm buying land to have a tree farm either way, my question is would private aviators be interested in survival training?

Thanks!

Dave
