I would like to open this post to put together examples about group exercise related to CRM. Examples about exercises you took in your Company or in your last interview.

One I rather enjoyed on a recent course involved a small simple lego kit (of an aeroplane, of-course).

In a group of about 3-4, one had the picture and instructions, whilst the others had the lego pieces - they were back to back so could talk, but not show.

The larger group had to build the model, on verbal instructions with feedback from the one person with the instructions.

CRM Exercise
