Does anyone know where I can get my hand on a copy of the Gate Game icebreaker useful in CRM classes?

I own the rights to an activity called 'Gate Game'. It's not really an 'icebreaker' so I don't know if its the same activity. I described how I developed the game in my book 'Building Safer Systems' (Ashgate). ITS do market some of my products. But buying the book would be a lot cheaper (although my commission from ITS is way better than the royalties!).
