Maintenance CRM requirements

Does anyone know the current requirements for maintenance CRM requirements in the UK.?

Is it a legal requirement for UK/JAR engineers or maintenance to attend a human factors/CRM initial course?

Is it published anywhere that can be read?

Also do they need a refresher CRM/HF each year as a legal requirement?

Who can provide such courses if it is a requirement?

Any help appreciated
Thanks

Start with JAR 66, JAR 145 and JAR 147. Also EASA Maintenace.
For reference / training material see:- CAA Human Factors Publications.
CAP 715 An Introduction to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Human Factors for JAR 66.
CAP 716 Aviation Maintenance Human Factors.
CAP 718 Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection.
CAP 719 Fundamental Human Factors Concepts.
