Looking for CRM audio clip

Back when I first did CRM in the USN (called Aircrew Coordination Training back then) we listened to a great audio (had been used in the commercial CRM courses) of a private pilot talking to (US) ATC in a very agitated way...he had lost control of his elevator in IMC (didn't really know WHAT the problem was at the time) and was totally freaked out...aircraft pretty much out of control. Eventually, a deep voiced airline captain came on frequency and calmed this guy down and basically talked him through getting the aircraft under control...a real nail biter.

Anyway, if anyone knows where I can get hold of that sound file, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Yours in aviation.

I have it.
If you PM me your email, I'll send it to you.
It's a 3.2MB mp3 file.

The pilot's voice in it, is the definition of panic

Imagine the picture:
A PPL pilot with no IMC experience or IFR rating, founds himself spinning..., inside a cloud..., in low altitude.
He freezes and keeps pulling the control column on his chest in order to get out of it, aggravating the situation.

BTW, I think it was the controller that saved that poor guy.
He just told him to "release the stick".

Good stuff for CRM and for Emergency handling also (1st action in any emergency: REMAIN CALM).

I can't remember where I found it, but I'm sure you'll find the page telling the story, if you Google it a little.
