Lightbulb . Common Sense Simplified Flight Time Limitations Would Encompass "Duty" Periods.

Simplified, easy to understand sensible regulations should be written to stipulate that any scheduled flight time exceeding 8 hours in a 12 hour period per calendar day could only be operated nonstop and with an augmented or extra crew. Operational positioning or D/H should count as flight duty time.
