CRM Video!

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could give me a copy of any of the CRM Videos especially the Air Ontario crash at Dryden.
Even a loan of would be better than nothing.

The Dryden Accident (19 minutes) Review of the Air Ontario F28 accident (March 10, 1989). Copmmission of Enquiry - Justice V.P. Moshansky, suggests accident could have been avoided with joint training of flight and cabin crew in teamwork and communication. Recommended for commercial, instrument and airline pilots. $350 from Qantas Airways Ltd, Mascot, NSW, 2000, Australia. (Attn. Brebnt Haywood, Human Factors Manager)

These are also listed in the Airservices Australia library however I dont think they will lend them to you overseas.
