Hello all,
For anyone out there that shows an interest in the Aviation psychology field or has an extensive knowlege base in the field, this question is for you.
What are the findings from studies of individual differences. specifically in the area of pilot performance for pilot selection and training.
Any input from anyone on this matter would be much appreciated.
