CAP 413 - New Edition 14
CAP 413: Radiotelephony Manual
This publication is based on the International Standards and Recommended Practices contained in relevant ICAO documents. It is a useful reference book for the examination for the Flight Radiotelephony Operator's Licence.
In addition to some structural changes and revised text, the main change in Edition 14 is the re-introduction of a comprehensive document index. Other amendments include the addition of approach clearances to readback lists, description of the military 'Securité' broadcast, and clarification on the status of FISO requests for position reports.
As the document is now issued in amendable loose-leaf format, rather than an annual bound edition, the title reference to year-of-issue has been removed.
