Interview for CRM
I have an interview for CRM Instructor coming up and have to do a presentation on How Effective Team Work can Improve between Cabin Crew and Flight Deck.

why not take it in turns to enter the flt deck so we get the chance to say hi to everyone. now that the door is locked extra efforts are required to overcome the wall now exists since 9/11.cc have so much to do they don't seem to get time for improving teamwork with the f/d. combined training and social events may be needed.I don't see them giving us a space in the budget for p*ssups though do you?
