BOTW raises an interesting point,
Just about all regulations are reactionary - ie in response to a previous occurance - and often over the top... So where did this one come from? PS, on a tangent, one EU state with a reputation for copious consumption of alcoholic beverages is planning to reduce its driving limit to 20/100 this year... no doubt there will be a job fest for chauffeurs as a result :E |
