I particularly liked the catch 22 situation that unless you had a tug you could not get a clearance unfortunatly the company would not provide a tug untill you got a clearance:confused:

The queue for 9R Late afternoon was the biggest I had seen!:ok:

In general it was well handled I though by ATC:ok:

However it just goes to show that all it takes is a few simple problems...............................................

now imagine its 45 C outside.. NO APU, waiting for GRD Aircond. to arrive.. 15 mints to board....
