Ryanair, is this the industry norm?
 

A question for Ryanair flight crew, how many of us, prior to receiving an offer of employment under went:. .. .1. Physchometric testing.. .2. A panel interview.. .3. Systems/Performance/Aviation Knowledge test.. .4. Physciatrist interview.. .5.
