Question Ryanair, is this the industry norm?

A question for Ryanair flight crew, how many of us, prior to receiving an offer of employment under went:. .. .1. Physchometric testing.. .2. A panel interview.. .3. Systems/Performance/Aviation Knowledge test.. .4. Physciatrist interview.. .5. Company Medical.. .. .Can any of us answer that at least one of the above items where a part of our pre employment evaluation?. .. .I guess the management of Ryanair bases all of the above from a 30min sim jolly?. .. .Comments anybody?. . . . [ 14 March 2002, 04:17: Message edited by: Ellion ]
