Exclamation NDR on VOETSEK

Well done Danny. Glad I could help in a small way to expose the pig !

One of the forum's he visited was VOETSEK ! Voetsek is a great South African expat site made 99% for ex-South Africans in the UK. www.voetsek.co.uk

I think it was also used in the court as I forwarded it to relevant authorities.

Well NDR was a member there as well : he was known as JetBok

Here is / was his profile :
http://www.voetsek2.co.uk/chat/membe...fo&userid=2311

Here was his posts that he did ... http://www.voetsek2.co.uk/chat/searc...earchid=146701

One of his posts .. " Amongst other things, I'm a child psychologist and whilst it's impossible to give a diagnosis without seeing the client first-hand, I can perhaps give you some pointers. .. "

Great to see him behind bars ...

I gave up ppruning a couple of years ago because I could no longer stomach the moronic spin and vitriol found under the name of Guvnor in just about every post. It also coincided with the birth of the first of 2 girls and the consequent reduction in time available! They are a little safer today.

Nothing else to add to the 10 pages of well deserved congratulations and thanks to those involved.

I was about to say that I couldn't believe that one person could turn you off PRuNe & then I realised the same thing had happened to me though it wasn't the guv who did it, so what the hell was I going to start preaching to you about.

I was so wet behind the ears I thought initially the Guv was some kind of bigshot or something 'I even called him a "VIP" when he came into chat once till a few people in chat put me right about his background & motives. Gawd the embarassment, I feel like a right bl**dy eejit now! Anyway there's an 'ignore' option in PPRuNe now so hopefully that situation never arises for you or me again.

As far Danny, yes what he did was great though I've a feeling when he first took the Guv on he had no idea how many eerie turns the path was going to take each time a rock was unturned.

Legal dealings are always a nightmare & draining both physically, emotionally & financially. It takes a brave person to turn to the legal system & have the tenacity & principles to stick it out particularly if they've the choice in turning the other way & especially take on someone like the Guv (corr what a pompous, egotistic username) with all his threats, antics & 'National Front' friends. Quite a frightening adversary.

The Guv's sentencing should be soon, interesting to see how that will turn out.........

Wonderful, gutsy job, Danny!

Although it was obvious from the start that the guy was a b.s. artist, I was very surprised to find that he was more than just hot air. A similar thing happened at a local college -- people suspected, but it took someone with perception and guts to get the guy behind bars.

Great job Danny!!
Hated the Goobernor the first time I read one of his long-winded, self important posts on anything.
In a moment of rage (& stupidity), I posted that I would like to have the opportunity to relieve myself on his parent's graves for bringing an a-hole like that into the world. Rightfully, it was deleted.
But I was right.
His fellow convicts will give this child molester a WARM welcome into the cell block.
I can hear it now "Neil, is that your name or what you do?"
"You sure got a pretty mouth." "Squeal like a pig!"
I suspect he won't make it out alive.
What a shame. NOT!

Lionair's web site

On the site it is also claimed that Duncan MacLaughlin is to be the airline's "Special Projects Manager" who will be "responsible for the security of the company’s operations, assets and personnel."

This ex-drug and regional crime squad officer has apparently been "trained by the SAS in covert techniques" and has expertise in "money laundering and undercover surveillance."

A tad over qualified if his main job is sitting next to Neil on the train and making sure nobody nicks the laptop when he falls asleep after 18 pints of lager.
Very.

stagger - Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

My solicitor has now been instructed.

You may all be interested in this article just posted on the BBC news page.
It is very, very sad to think that NDR may well receive a minimal custodial sentence. So much for British justice.

If you read the report you will see that one is 69 and one is 70. That will have reduced the sentences considerably.

UR - I had read the report, (that's why I chose to post it here)along with many others over the past 18 months. Admittedly the judicial system is flexible enough to allow for some discretion in sentencing when age is considered, however there have been many recent cases where the degree of 'flex' has been wholly inappropriate. I was merely trying to ready our colleagues here on PPRuNE for a sentence which may, eventually, not be what was expected - or hoped for....

Do you have the mandatory sexual predator reporting laws there that we have in the US? Not only must the released predator check in with the police, but I think the police also notify the neighbors whenever he moves. So, even if the prison sentence isn't stiff enough, the reporting requirements can also be a pain.

I'm one of the many, amazed, new Ppruner's who has only just read this story.. Stunned that this turkey got away with his deranged little lifestyle for so long, but impressed with Danny.

Real live hero. Top job mate.
