Cool Any good news at United or American?

There seems to have been almost nothing in the press here over the last few days. We had such terrible weather near here yesterday reported by the local channels that the NBC & CBS 'Evening News' were cancelled or pre-empted.

From the red/white and blue side, the paychecks are still being deposited.

May 1st was the date of the new contract implementation. Although things seemed the same at first, my first trip of the month was quite an adjustment to the new status quo.

For my personal archives, I made an audio recording of me meeting with AA management for a briefing on revised operations for pilots at AA. For those interested, here is a link to my first day of work in May 2003; May 2003 AA New Pilot Contract Briefing

With all the dark and dire reports in the news media of late, it appears if your company is not in the news then,

THAT IS GOOD NEWS!!

I.O.--I heard the NW management has their knives out after your contract. Hope you all told them to pound sand!

Maybe Carty will be a good example for execs taking bonuses while furloughing employees.TC
