Good point Farook!
Ive been trying to find out about these sorta things too on here, hopefully by a newly employed f/o who could shed some light on the current situation (i.e wot happens within the first 6 months) with ryanair!
What i believe (and confirmation wud be very much appreciated) is that all new recruits are taken on as contract pilots to start with, i think so as they can base you wherever they like, but then offered a full-time contract after about 6 months!
One of my pals went to an FR forum and he said he got the impression that FR were tryin to push the contract option across!!
But dont quote me on any of this, am on your boat too!!
Can anyone else help?
