Exclamation Deutsche BA goes low cost

According to an article in todays financial times germany, BA is planning to turn Deutsche BA into a low cost airline. They quoted top BA executives including Rod Eddington. They will simplify ticket sales via the internet, they are considering a new name for the airline as well as a new corporate design. This way BA intends to turn last years estimated 10 Million Euro loss into a profit by 2004. They also said they might then sell the company. A staff briefing is being held at the DBAs headquarters in MUC while I´m typing this.
