Ryanair challenges Lufthansa to bet over Irish-German World Cup match outcome
Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary has dared his counterpart Jurgen Weber, CEO of Lufthansa, to enter a wager over the Ireland - Germany football World Cup match, German magazine Focus said in an extract from tomorrow's edition. . .. .O'Leary told the magazine under the bet, if Ireland beat Germany in the match in June, Ryanair would give away all its tickets from Frankfurt Hahn free the next day. He proposes that if Germany were to win, Lufthansa should be offering free tickets.. .==================================================. .. .Brilliant or what?? Come on Ireland, after all, England managed a 5-1!!!!!!!!!!

Since when is ryanair officially representing the Irish Republic then???. .. .Besides, shouldn't it be the other way round:. .for each match Ireland loses, ryanair has to give away fr free all its tickets on the next day! Or would this be too much of a risk to our MOL?

would they pay up when Ireland lost? We've seen it all before; settling at the courtroom steps and requiring a confidentiality agreement. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />
