FAA Jumpseat Request? Look for THIS NAME, Call police

RE: Lost FAA Credentials

To All DFW Pilots,

I just received this message from Jim Fitzgerald (DFW Security) and Mike Flohr (MEC Security). The company has been notified.

If you see the following name on any document, notify law enforcement.

An FAA safety inspector, Mr. Adrian Fox, had his FAA documents stolen in Amsterdam, Holland, on September 26, 2002. The credentials include:

- Aviation Safety Inspector 8430-39 Credentials No.5112-issued to Adrian Fox
- 110A Safety Inspector's credentials 5112-issued to Adrian Fox
- FAA badge for building access-issued to Adrian Fox
- FAA form 8430-13 Request for Access to Aircraft
- Series #523041-523050
- Series #905211-905220

Mr. Fox works at the Seattle Aircraft Evaluation Group (425) 227-1135. If there are any attempts to use these credentials, notify law enforcement or FAA at (425) 227-2700 immediately.
