The New Cathay.

They are setting up a new company to bypass the blacklist. What will the union do about this?

Can't see why they'd give a toss about the "blacklist" anyway, doesn't seem to be hurting their recruiting efforts, only makes the AoA look toothless...

I think the "blacklist" applies to CX and all it's subsidiaries.
