Helicoptor down
Norwegian news reporting a couple of hours ago that a Bristow(Norway) helicopter enroute from Bergen-Flesland to a North Sea rig has made a controlled descent to the sea just west of the mainland.
They apparently managed to transmit a mayday call and were attended to by a number of helicopters and a Coast Guard vessel.
All six on board were picked up and have been delivered to Haukaland Hospital in Bergen. Uncomfirmed report that it was a training flight. Night auto rotation to the sea....whoopee!
