On a serious note: An emergency check list/landing would have proceeded as in the case of a pilot being physically incapacitated and unavailable to carry out normal duties?

On another note: Perhaps the pilot in question was physically incapacitated - but he got his trousers back up before anyone noticed.

I recall a story (second hand, they get better that way) of a toilet door opening too easilyduring tuebulence F.O. enters isle stage left inclining backwards in statuesque posie complete with fountain in hand.
