Air Canada gear Malfunction

Air Canada landing in Toronto after gear malfunction
The headline is more than a bit melodramatic as usual.
Well done that crew and ATC in any case.

Clearly the landing gear deployed, as they would have needed NW steering to dodge that catastrophe.
