Boeing use "delivered" to mean what the man in the street would understand as "handed over".

The plane was delivered at Boeing’s North Charleston, South Carolina, plant.
It flew to Victorville with an AA flight number, so I guess that satisfies the lawyers and beancounters.

It went to some Boeing facility to get satelite IFE installed.
Less Hair is online now
