That's a more or less entire composite wing from quite a modern small (light?) aircraft, high aspect ratio, still with flap, aileron and pitot tubes intact.
Shouldn't take long to tie that up with a loss.

Looking at photos of Reaper drones, the pitot heads and fairings match the left wing.

well, the Atoll is in the southern part of the Maldives, which would bring a departure or landing accident from Diego Garcia, which is south (just) of the Maldives.

A quick check on Google Earth indicates the location is about 660 nm from Diego Garcia.
