Local woman had a practice of doing her morning exercises naked in her bedroom with the blinds open, window facing the street. Used to promote a gathering, even the police - to promote peacefulness one assumes, any cheering at 0600 would undoubtedly render noise complaints from the neighbours. The cafe where everyone parked to watch did a roaring trade, so she may well have been getting a cut.
