787 Eng Fire Cut off

Any concern in your airline with the Boeing AD on the Eng Fire Cut Off?
Makes a debate here in France.

It looks like the AD has you check that the fire handle can be pulled, but does not require you to try to rotate it. It seems like it would be useful to disable the "FIRE EXT BOTTLE" breakers and attempt to rotate the handle as well, if the concern is trying to detect internal damage that would prevent the fire handle from being operated in an emergency.

Hmm. If you trip and reset the CB's [as listed] how do confirm fire handles have a supply ?
