UK Department of Transport Responds to EU "no-deal" Air Transport proposal
On 18th December 2018, the EU published a proposal for a short-term "bare-bones" Air Transport with the UK, to prevent flights stopping altogether.
This proposal depended upon UK reciprocation: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-cont...8DC0890#page=7
It appears that the UK DfT has responded today: Air services from the EU to the UK in the event of ‘no deal’
Cutting it a bit fine, eh?
The agreement covers 3rd & 4th freedoms for passenger services, and 5th freedom for freight-only services, for 12 months.
