CTS/RJCC closed due to earthquake
Fairly big earthquake measuring magnitude 6.7 hit southern Hokkaido in Japan at 03:08 local. RJCC closed until further notice, and additionally, widespread power outages, all train services halted, numerous landslides and continuing aftershocks.
