Actually, this is a minor bend, I just found curious the special warning cone under the split scimitar..

Why the hell is he trying to drive under the wing of a 737?. Perhaps new guy not used to shorthaul aircraft.

You mean the "Looper tube?" Just a configuration that has a handle-loop on the tip for easier handling, and/or for use as a rope stanchion for rope-lines. Plus slots to hold the orange "X" flags.
