Appears to be two crashes of Aerogaviosa An-26s. One in Artemisa Province killing 39, the other in Pinar del Rio Province, killing 8.

Daily Mail story now conforms to the others - one crash, 8 on board.

Artemisa Province is a new province that now incorporates parts of Pinar del Rio province, thus the confusion about location. Las Terrazas was in Pinar del Rio; since 2011 it has been in Artemisa.
