have placed an order with these folks for some training materials...never arrived, no response to emails...phone number invalid...any other experiences?

Assuming you bought with a credit card or Paypal, either one will cover you if the deal didn't go through.
As this is an aviation forum... I used this for Branniff tickets back in my youth! I bought a round trip just before they went bankrupt; credit card refunded 100% when I phoned them up about the purchase.

Website,phones,emails all disappeared...filed a PayPal claim...got refunded...case closed...shame..the owner was a former colleague
