WOW! that is a shame, coming over from the hangar medivac so probably maintenance folks at the wheel. I've seen this type of accident before when MX had some circuit breakers pulled for hydraulics systems (brakes).

The aircraft was being towed to the terminal from one of the hangars.

Probably a couple levels of supervision as well.

Mechanical or technical malfunction of towing equipment is out of the question, then?
