BBC: DH Beaver floatplane down in Quebec
The Foreign Office says it is "urgently working" with Canadian authorities to learn the identity of the victims of a plane crash in which six people died.
Some reports say four of those who died were British.
The Beaver seaplane took off on Sunday from Tadoussac, Quebec, on the north shore of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence.
It crashed shortly after in a wooded area in Les Bergeronnes. Investigators have been hindered by bad weather and the inaccessible nature of the terrain.

Pierre Gavillet, an air branch investigator, told CBC News that the plane crashed into a rocky mountain.
"What we noticed at first sight is that there is not a horizontal trajectory that entered the trees. We have trees that are intact and we have a plane that is on the ground that crashed vertically, between the trees," Gavillet said, adding that the aircraft was heavily damaged. "There was a post-impact fire. There was a fire in the cabin area."

There's a (minor) aviation board out of Canada which watches "local/regional" occurrences in greater detail....more detail might show up there - it's "avcanada" for Google fans.
From the website: (Air Saguenay.com)
Then, there's this pic from the "About Us" page...titled "Maintenance on an Otter at Squaw lake, Schefferville" ( Air Saguenay)
