Planes collide at Dittinger Airshow in Switzerland
Few details yet but two planes of the three-plane GrassHoppers air display team from Germany reportedly collided near Dittingen Airfield during a display.
One pilot ejected safely. No word on the other pilot or other casualties.

One pilot probably saved by a ballistic parachute. And his ultra light too.

Wild guess but the pilot of the lower aircraft might not have been in a fit condition to pull the drogue release lever.
